The task resulted in the development of a method and procedure, and the construction of a stand for testing the effect of electrostatic charge on the efficiency of electrostatically charged air filters used during emission of Diesel exhaust. Measurement techniques, fraction counting of nanoparticles, are the basis of the developed method, test stand and procedure. Electrostatically charged charge pocket air filters of three filtration classes, F7 to F9, were tested. The task also consisted in developing training materials "Diesel exhaust - an assessment of exposure and collective protective equipment". They contain source materials, a lecturer's guidebook, a student's guidebook and slides.
