Checklist

Checklist is the basic tool supporting the assessment of exposure at workplaces. Its task is to provide the user with the necessary information and to enable the analysis and control of occupational health and safety conditions in the simplest possible way. The presented checklists are focused on the analysis of working conditions, identification of harmful and hazardous factors and effective prevention.

The Occupational Exposure Checklist includes a set of questions concerning, among others: identification of harmful biological agents, organization of prevention and use of personal protective equipment. These lists are not exhaustive as the risk assessor should always adapt them to the specific situation.
